Not the absence of doubt. The willingness to act while doubt is still in the room.

In the shamanic tradition, courage is the quality of the warrior who walks into the unknown not because they are unafraid but because something they love is on the other side.

The drum calls you forward. The stone steadies your feet. The rest is yours to do.

In Reiki practice, courage lives in the third principle: Just for today, I will do my work honestly.

The courage to show up fully. To bring all of yourself to what is asked of you. To not shrink from the work that is yours to do.

Courage stones work with your solar plexus first.

With your gut that knows before your mind catches up. Your chest that tightens when you are about to do the thing that matters. Your voice that wants to speak and hasn't yet found the breath to carry it.

They do not remove the fear.

They remind you that you have moved through fear before. And you are still here.

Stones of Courage

Carnelian, tiger's eye, sunstone, bloodstone, and citrine.

Each carries the frequency of courage in its own register.

From the fierce, activating fire of carnelian to the warm, solar confidence of citrine.

To choose a courage stone is to choose forward.

To say: I am afraid. I am going anyway.
