Collection: Lammas / Lughnasadh

Lughnasadh (August 1), also known as Lammas, is the first of the three harvest festivals on the Wheel of the Year β€” the moment when the grain is cut and the earth begins its slow, golden turn toward autumn. Named for the Irish god Lugh, master of skills and light, Lughnasadh is explored in Mara Freeman's Kindling the Celtic Spirit (2001) and CaitlΓn Matthews' The Celtic Tradition (1995), as well as Ronald Hutton's Stations of the Sun: A History of the Ritual Year in Britain (1996).

It is a time of first fruits, communal feasting, and the bittersweet acknowledgment that the light, though still warm, has begun to wane.

It is a time of gratitude, abundance, and skillful action. These stones are chosen to support the harvest of your intentions, celebrate what you have built, and ground the abundance of the season into your daily life β€” drawing on centuries of tradition honoring the first gifts of the earth.
