Collection: Strength
Strength is not the absence of vulnerability. It is what moves through you anyway.
Power · Resilience · Endurance · The Core
Strength is what remains after everything that was not essential has been stripped away.
Not hardness. Not armor. The deep, quiet power of a self that has been tested and has not broken.
In the shamanic tradition, strength is not taken from the world.
It is drawn up from the earth beneath your feet, from the ancestors who survived what you are surviving now, from the stone itself, which has endured longer than any human grief.
In Reiki practice, strength is held in the first principle: Just for today, I will not anger.
Not the suppression of fire. The mastery of it. The strength to feel what moves through you without being destroyed by it.
Strength stones work with your core first.
With your spine that has been carrying more than it should. Your jaw that has been clenched since you cannot remember when. Your hands that have been holding on when everything in you wanted to let go.
They do not make you hard.
They make you rooted. And from the root, everything else becomes possible.
Stones of Strength
Tiger's eye, black onyx, garnet, red jasper, and pyrite.
Each carries the frequency of strength in its own register.
From the fierce, focused courage of tiger's eye to the deep, enduring groundedness of black onyx.
To choose a strength stone is to choose yourself.
To say: I have what this requires.
I always have.
