Everything that survived to make you is still moving through you. Every wound you carry has a history longer than your own life. Every gift you have, the way you love, the way you see, the way you persist, came through someone who came before.

Ancestor work is the practice of turning toward that lineage. When we honor what was given, we are healing what was broken, receiving what was never passed down because the ones who carried it did not survive long enough to give it.

In the shamanic tradition, the ancestors are active presences, not memories. Ancestors can be called upon, listened to, worked with. The veil between the living and the dead is thin, and the stones that sit at the threshold have always been the ones that help us cross it.

These stones hold the frequency of remembrance. They slow you down enough to listen. To feel the ones who came before pressing gently forward, wanting you to know they are still here.

To choose an ancestor stone is to choose remembering.
