Waning Gibbous
Gratitude · Integration · Sharing · The Exhale
The Full Moon has passed. The light is beginning to recede.
Not diminishing. Returning.
The Waning Gibbous is the moon of integration. The harvest is in, the intention arrived, and now comes the quieter work of understanding what you have received, of letting it settle before it moves.
In the old agrarian calendar, this was the time of preservation and sharing, the stores put up, the surplus given to neighbors before the cold arrived. Abundance was not meant to be held alone. The cycle completed itself in the giving.
This is the moon of gratitude made active. Not the feeling of gratitude, but the expression of it.
The light is still generous here. Still bright enough to see by. But the direction has changed, and that turning is not a loss. It is a completion.
Tarot
The Star (XVII) pours her water into the pool and onto the earth, giving back what she has received from the heavens. That is the energy of this moon, the generous outpouring that follows the full arrival.
The Six of Pentacles places what has been gathered into the hands of others. Abundance shared. The cycle made whole by the giving.
Crystal Grids
A Waning Gibbous grid supports integration and gratitude. Citrine at the center for the warmth of what has been received, surrounded by green aventurine, rose quartz, and smoky quartz. The grid holds the energy of the harvest as it begins to settle and be shared.
Signature Stones of the Waning Gibbous
Stones of the Waning Gibbous are warm, grounding, and generous. They carry the energy of integration, of gratitude expressed, of the cycle beginning its turn toward rest.
Citrine. The stone of abundance and warmth. It holds the energy of what has been received and keeps it bright as it is shared.
Green Aventurine. Generosity and optimism. It supports the outward movement of gratitude, the giving back that completes the cycle.
Rose Quartz. The stone of the heart. It keeps the giving rooted in love rather than obligation.
Smoky Quartz. Grounding and integration. It helps what has arrived settle into the body of your life, becoming part of you rather than passing through.
What you received at the Full Moon is yours now
Let it become something you give
