Collection: Gratitude
Gratitude is not a feeling you wait for. It is a practice you return to.
Thankfulness · Abundance · Presence · The Heart
Gratitude is what happens when you stop moving long enough to notice what is already here.
What is here, now, in this moment, in this body, in this life. The waiting falls away. The loss falls away. What remains is this.
In Reiki practice, gratitude is the fifth principle: Just for today, I will be grateful.
An invitation to look more carefully. To find, in the ordinary texture of the day, the ten thousand things that are quietly sustaining you.
Marshall Rosenberg understood gratitude as the recognition of a need met. The genuine, embodied experience of receiving something that mattered. No performance required. No obligation. Just the recognition that you were held, and you let yourself feel it.
Gratitude is not found at the end of a path. It is found in the moment you stop and feel the ground beneath your feet. The stone in your hand. The breath moving through you. The sudden, quiet recognition that this, too, is enough.
Gratitude stones work with your heart first.
With the part of you that has been too busy to receive. Your chest that has been braced against the next thing. Your hands that have been reaching forward when everything you need is already here.
They do not manufacture the feeling.
They slow you down enough to find it.
Stones of Gratitude
Rose quartz, green aventurine, citrine, rhodonite, and peridot.
Each carries the frequency of gratitude in its own register.
From the soft, open-hearted warmth of rose quartz to the bright, abundant joy of citrine.
To choose a gratitude stone is to choose to receive.
To say: what is here is enough.
I am enough.
