Shipping policy

Intu Stones currently ships within the United States only.

Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and holidays. During launches, sales, or unusually busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and handed to the carrier.

Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Please review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it.
